GIRRAWHEEN PARK

Public BBQ

Tucked away in the city, this serene bushland offers a delightful escape with walking trails that weave through lush greenery, tranquil meadows, and a fascinating colony of flying foxes. Perfect for families, the trails feature rocky sections and a charming cave, but aren’t pram-friendly. Visitors enjoy spotting wildlife, exploring picnic areas, or relaxing in sunny open spaces. A small playground and clean BBQ facilities add to its charm. Accessible from various entry points, it’s a hidden gem where you can unwind amidst nature, listen to birds and bats, and forget the urban bustle just minutes away.
